Privacy Notice

What We Collect

• Your first name and email address, provided voluntarily to personalise your audit experience and support optional future communications
• Your questionnaire responses, used to calculate your scores
• Anonymised scoring data - scores, archetypes, and quadrant data (no name or email) written to our analytics database to help us understand aggregate patterns. This data contains no personally identifiable information
• Your IP address, used temporarily for rate limiting (preventing automated abuse) and not retained permanently
• A reCAPTCHA v3 token, verified automatically at submission to confirm human use

How We Use It

• Your name personalises your results report
• Your email address is used to send you your results report and, with your consent, to add you to the Inner Frontier free subscriber list
• Your questionnaire responses are passed to Google Gemini (an AI service) without your name or email address to generate the personalised commentary in your report. Responses are not stored by us after your session ends
• Anonymised analytics data (scores and archetypes, no personal information) is retained to help us improve the audit

Lawful Basis

We rely on your explicit consent, given via the checkbox before submission, to collect and process your personal data.

Your Rights

• You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us
• You can request that your personal data be deleted
• You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you

Analytics and Tracking

Nothing is loaded unless you accept cookies via the consent banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, or do not respond to it, neither Google Analytics nor the Meta Pixel is loaded and no data is sent to either. Your choice applies across both audit.doug-fraley.com and doug-fraley.com. The typefaces used here are served from our own domain rather than a font service, so no third party is told you have visited unless you accept.

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 records standard site usage - pages viewed, how you arrived, device and browser information. It records your progress through the audit (started, submitted, completed) and, on completion, your resulting archetype, quadrant, and your two overall scores (Satisfaction and Sovereignty). It does not receive your name, your email address, or your individual answers to any question.

Also with your consent, completing the audit triggers a Meta Pixel Lead event. This records only the fact of completion along with standard browser and device data collected by the Pixel. Your name, email address, audit responses, and results are not included in this event and are not shared with Meta.
